Zucchini appetizers
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- grated Parmesan cheese - 1/2 c
- snipped parsley - 2 Tbsp
- dash of pepper - 1 item
- finely chopped onion - 1/2 c
- seasoned salt - 1/2 tsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 4 item
- clove garlic, finely chopped - 1 item
- Bisquick baking mix - 1 c
- dried marjoram or oregano - 1/2 tsp
- finely chopped, raw, unpared zucchini about 4 small, yellow squash - 3 c
How to make zucchini appetizers:
Heat oven to 350°. Grease oblong pan (13 x 9 x 2-inch). Mix ingredients. Spread mixture evenly in pan. Lightly sprinkle top with Parmesan and paprika. Bake until golden brown, about 25 minutes. Cut into pieces about 2 x 1-inch. Makes about 6 dozen.Recipe categories: Egg, Squash, Appetizers.
