  • salt - 2 tsp
  • brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
  • water - 1/2 c
  • vinegar
  • white sugar - 2 tsp
  • hard-cooked eggs - 6 item
  • pickling spice - 1 tsp

How to make pickled eggs:

Place peeled eggs in clean quart jar. Mix all other ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over eggs. Put lid on the jar. Cool at room temperature. When cool, store in the refrigerator for at least 2 weeks before serving.
