Ingredients/Components
- salt - 2 tsp
- brown sugar - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- vinegar
- white sugar - 2 tsp
- hard-cooked eggs - 6 item
- pickling spice - 1 tsp
How to make pickled eggs:
Place peeled eggs in clean quart jar. Mix all other ingredients in a saucepan and bring to a boil. Simmer for 5 minutes. Pour over eggs. Put lid on the jar. Cool at room temperature.
