Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 4 item
- cooking oil - 1/2 c
- Bisquick - 1 c
- large onion, diced - 1 item
- shredded mild cheese - 1/2 c
- peeled, cubed zucchini about 1/4-inch thick - 3 c
- salt, pepper and dash of Italian seasoning to taste - 1 item
How to make zucchini casserole:
