Zucchini casserole

Ingredients/Components

• eggs - 4 item
• cooking oil - 1/2 c
• Bisquick - 1 c
• large onion, diced - 1 item
• shredded mild cheese - 1/2 c
• peeled, cubed zucchini about 1/4-inch thick - 3 c
• salt, pepper and dash of Italian seasoning to taste - 1 item

How to make zucchini casserole:

Mix all ingredients and put in a buttered 8 x 8-inch pan or 10-inch pie plate. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes until golden brown around the edges.
