Ingredients/Components

  • eggs, well beaten - 2 item
  • can chicken broth - 1 item
  • can sliced mushrooms, drained - 1 oz
  • garlic - 1 item
  • cups hot water - 4 item
  • Soy sauce - 1 tsp
  • Chicken-flavored bouillon granules - 1 tsp
  • White pepper - 1/8 tsp
  • cup green onion with tops, sliced - 1/3 item

How to make egg drop soup:

Combine water, broth, mushroom, garlic, soy sauce and bouillon in 3 qt. Saucepan. Bring to a boil. Add pepper. Pour eggs in thin stream into soup, stirring constantly. Cover and let stand 3 minutes. Sprinkle onions on top.
