Cajun deviled eggs
Ingredients/Components
- hard-boiled eggs - 12 item
- fat free mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- jalapeno pepper, seeded and finely chopped - 1 item
- ground cumin - 1 Tbsp
- prepared mustard - 1 Tbsp
- cayenne pepper - 1 tsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- paprika - 1 item
- snipped cilantro optional - 1 item
How to make cajun deviled eggs:
Shell cooked eggs. Cut lengthwise into halves. Slip out yolks and mash with fork. Stir in mayonnaise and next five ingredients. Fill egg whites with yolk mixture, heaping lightly. Sprinkle with paprika and garnish with cilantro if desired. Makes 2 dozen.Collected from Health Magazine.
