Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 1/3 c
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • paprika - 1/2 tsp
  • pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • margarine, melted - 2 tsp
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • parsley - 1 tsp
  • lemon wedges - 1 item
  • oats
  • chicken, cut up and skinned - 3 lb

How to make zesty lemon chicken:

Grease foil-lined pan. Heat oven to 375°. Place oats, paprika, oregano, salt and pepper in the blender container and mix well. Stir in parsley. Coat chicken in oat mixture. Dip into milk and coat again with oat mixture. Place on rack.

Bake 30 minutes; turn. Drizzle with margarine. Bake an additional 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from oven. Squeeze lemon juice over chicken.
