Ingredients/Components

  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • box pineapple or vanilla pudding mix - 1 item
  • cooking oil - 3/4 c
  • lemon-lime soda water - 10 oz
  • eggs, beaten - 4 item
  • Icing:3 eggs, beaten
  • sugar
  • flour - 2 Tbsp
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • crushed pineapple - 1 c
  • coconut

How to make yummy cake:

Icing:3 eggs, beaten1 1/2 c. sugar2 Tbsp. flour1 stick margarine1 c. crushed pineapple1 small c. coconut Mix all ingredients except soda water. Add last and beat well. Bake in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan for 40 minutes at 350°.

For Icing: Cook eggs, sugar, flour and margarine over medium heat until thick. Add pineapple and coconut. Pour over cake while still hot.
