Ingredients/Components

- eggs - 4 item
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- stick margarine - 1 item
- coconut
- oil - 3/4 c
- box yellow cake mix - 1 item
- 7-Up - 10 oz
- pineapple crushed, drained - 1 c
- box pineapple or vanilla instant pudding - 1 item
- Icing:3 eggs, beaten
How to make 7-up cake:
Icing:3 eggs, beaten1 1/2 c. sugar1 Tbsp. flour1 stick margarine1 c. pineapple (crushed), drained1 1/2 c. coconut Beat together all except 7-Up. Add 7-Up last and beat well. Bake in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan for 40 minutes at 350°. Combine ingredients for icing in saucepan and cook until thickened. Ice cake while warm.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cakes, Pineapple.
