Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • eggs - 4 item
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • stick margarine - 1 item
  • coconut
  • oil - 3/4 c
  • box yellow cake mix - 1 item
  • 7-Up - 10 oz
  • pineapple crushed, drained - 1 c
  • box pineapple or vanilla instant pudding - 1 item
  • Icing:3 eggs, beaten

How to make 7-up cake:

Icing:3 eggs, beaten1 1/2 c. sugar1 Tbsp. flour1 stick margarine1 c. pineapple (crushed), drained1 1/2 c. coconut Beat together all except 7-Up. Add 7-Up last and beat well. Bake in 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan for 40 minutes at 350°. Combine ingredients for icing in saucepan and cook until thickened. Ice cake while warm.
