Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- milk - 1 c
- self rising flour - 1 c
- pan drippings from roast or standing rib roast - 1/4 c
How to make yorkshire pudding:
Mix all ingredients together, it will have a biscuit dough consistency. Pour into a greased or sprayed loaf pan. Bake at 300° for 20 minutes in a preheated oven. Great with roasts, steaks or standing rib roasts.Recipe categories: Side dish, European, English.
