Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/3 c
- milk - 1 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- butter - 1/4 c
- water - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- dry yeast - 1 pkg
How to make yeast rolls:
Place 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast and sugar in a large bowl. Mix well. Heat liquids and butter to hot (110° to 120°). Pour into flour mixture and beat at medium speed for 3 minutes. Stir in remaining flour. Let rise until double. Bake at 375° for 15 minutes or until done.Recipe categories: Breads, Low cholesterol, Low fat.
