Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 3/4 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour
- butter - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 3 item
- warm water
- dry milk - 2 Tbsp
- yeast - 2 Tbsp
How to make yeast rolls:
Mix eggs, sugar and butter together. Add warm water, yeast, dry milk, flour and salt. Let rise to double. Knead down. Make out rolls. Put in baking pan. Let rise again. Bake at 350°.Recipe categories: Breads, Low cholesterol, Low fat.
