Ingredients/Components

  • sugar - 1/4 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • warm water
  • dry yeast - 2 pkg
  • sifted self-rising flour - 4 c

How to make yeast rolls:

Dissolve yeast in water. Sift flour and sugar together. Add oil and flour mixture to yeast water. Mix and let rise 30 minutes in a bowl. Roll out and cut into rolls. Let rise 45 minutes in pan. Bake at 450° until brown.
