Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/4 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- warm water
- dry yeast - 2 pkg
- sifted self-rising flour - 4 c
How to make yeast rolls:
Dissolve yeast in water. Sift flour and sugar together. Add oil and flour mixture to yeast water. Mix and let rise 30 minutes in a bowl. Roll out and cut into rolls. Let rise 45 minutes in pan. Bake at 450° until brown.Recipe categories: Breads, Low cholesterol, Low fat.
