Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- marshmallows - 1 item
- small can crushed pineapple - 1 item
- sweet potatoes - 6 item
- bag coconut - 1 item
How to make yam balls:
Cook, drain and mash sweet potatoes. Add sugar and crushed pineapple which has been drained. Get large marshmallows and cover with the potato mixture. Roll them in coconut and place in buttered baking dish. Bake at 350° for 5 to 10 minutes until coconut is toasted and the marshmallows burst open.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Snacks, Appetizers.
