Ingredients/Components
- water - 1 qt
- diced onion - 1 c
- diced celery - 1 c
- chicken bouillon cubes - 4 item
- diced carrots - 1 c
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- diced potatoes
- Velveeta, cubed - 1/2 1
How to make cheese soup:
In a saucepan, boil bouillon cubes in water until dissolved. Add diced vegetables. Simmer covered for 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Next, add cheese and soup to vegetable broth mixture.
