Ingredients/Components

  • cornstarch - 1/2 tsp
  • garlic powder - 1/4 tsp
  • pepper - 1/2 tsp
  • soy sauce - 1 tsp
  • oregano - 1/2 tsp
  • basil - 1 tsp
  • crescent rolls - 1 pkg
  • onion chopped - 1 c
  • eggs slightly beaten - 2 item
  • margarine melted - 1/2 lb
  • dijon mustard - 1 2
  • parsley chopped - 1/2 c
  • of fresh Wonton wrappers - 2 pkg
  • finely chopped pork - 1/2 lb
  • salad shrimp chopped - 1/2 lb
  • small can water chestnuts, finely chopped - 1 item
  • green onions just mince and use white portion of onion - 7 item
  • raw eggs, beaten - 2 item
  • Place approximately 1 tsp
  • muenster cheese grated - 8 oz

How to make wontons:

Mix all the above ingredients (except wrapper) together in a bowl. Place approximately 1 tsp. in the center of the square wonton wrapper. Fold diagonally and wet the two sides of the wrapper so you will have a triangle. Now wet the two sides of the triangle and connect, forming a crown. Deep fry wontons in oil at approximately 350° until golden brown. ZUCCHINI QUICHE4 c. zucchini (thinly sliced)1 c. onion (chopped)1/2 lb. margarine (melted)1/2 c. parsley (chopped)1/2 tsp. pepper1/4 tsp. garlic powder1/2 tsp. oregano1 tsp. basil2 eggs (slightly beaten)8 oz. muenster cheese (grated)1 pkg. crescent rolls1 to 2 Tbsp. dijon mustard Saut?© zucchini and onion in margarine. Combine with all but the last 2 ingredients. Spread crescent roll dough in bottom and up sides of 10 inch quiche pan to form crust. Dot with dijon mustard. Pour vegetable mixture in crust lined pan. Bake at 375° for about 20 minutes. Let sit for 10 minutes before serving.
