Italian style meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1/2 tsp
- garlic powder
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- lean ground beef - 2 lb
- dried parsley flakes - 1 Tbsp
- instant minced onion - 2 tsp
- cup water - 1/4 item
- eggs beaten - 2 item
- finely crushed saltine crackers - 1 c
How to make italian style meatballs:
Preheat oven to 450°. Mix all ingredients by hand in a large bowl. Roll into approximately 80 - 90 1- inch meatballs. Place on two ungreased cookie sheets. Bake at 450° for 8 to 10 minutes or until meatballs are browned.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Ground beef.
