- butter or margarine - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 2 Tbsp
How to make white sauce:
Melt the butter or margarine over low heat. Blend in 2 tablespoons flour and 1/4 teaspoon salt. Heat until mixture bubbles. Remove from heat. Add gradually, stirring in 1 cup milk.
