  • sugar - 3 Tbsp
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • egg - 1 item
  • stick butter - 3/4 item
  • cream - 3 Tbsp
  • marshmallows - 1 item
  • medium sweet potatoes, boiled until soft and mashed - 6 item

How to make whipped sweet potatoes:

Peel potatoes; boil until soft, then mash. Add 3 tablespoons sugar, butter, egg (beaten until light), salt and cream. Turn into buttered dish and put in slow oven for 15 to 20 minutes. Put marshmallows on top and brown.
