Ingredients/Components

  • sugar
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • baking powder - 2 tsp
  • pinch of salt - 1 item
  • egg - 1 item
  • stick butter - 3/4 item
  • flour plain - 1 c
  • whole milk - 1 c
  • peaches - 2 c

How to make peach pie:

Batter:1 c. sugar1 c. whole milk1 c. flour (plain)3/4 stick butter2 tsp. baking powder pinch of salt1 tsp. vanilla1 egg Sweeten peaches to taste. Melt butter in cake pan and pour batter on top. Spoon peaches on top of batter. Bake 10 minutes on 450°, then 35 minutes on 325°.
