Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- mustard - 1/2 tsp
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- bacon, sliced - 1 item
- chile sauce - 1 c
- whole water chestnuts - 1 item
How to make water chestnuts wrapped in bacon:
Wrap a slice of bacon around a water chestnut that has been cut in half. Secure with a toothpick. Broil until bacon is done. After removing from oven, drain the bacon on a paper towel to remove excess grease. Do this for as many as you would like. Mix the chile sauce, mayonnaise, brown sugar and dry mustard together.
