Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 2 c
- egg yolks - 3 item
- soda - 1 tsp
- buttermilk - 2 c
- egg whites - 3 item
- margarine, melted - 1/4 c
How to make waffles:
Mix dry ingredients. Add egg yolks, margarine and buttermilk. Beat egg whites until fluffy and dry, fold into batter. Place 1 small ladle full of batter on hot waffle iron for one waffle.Recipe categories: < 60 mins, Pancakes and waffles, Breakfast.
