  • sugar - 1 c
  • vanilla - 1 tsp
  • salt - 1/2 tsp
  • water - 1 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • soda - 1 tsp
  • cocoa - 3 Tbsp
  • vinegar - 1 Tbsp
  • plain flour

How to make wacky cake:

Sift flour, sugar, cocoa and soda together. Add the remaining ingredients and mix with a fork. Bake in an oblong pan at 350° for 30 minutes. Frost with confectioners sugar icing.
