  • vanilla - 2 tsp
  • salt - 2 tsp
  • water - 2 c
  • oil - 1/2 c
  • baking soda - 2 tsp
  • all-purpose flour - 3 c
  • vinegar cider - 2 Tbsp
  • cocoa baking - 1/2 c

How to make wacky cake:

Mix all ingredients together. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes. Check often. Cake will feel heavy in weight.
