- sugar - 6 c
- water - 3 c
- cream of tartar - 3/4 tsp
How to make rock candy:
Cook all ingredients without stirring to 250°. Pour quickly into greased square pan. Chill until firm. Turn out of pan and crack into pieces. Add flavored extracts and food coloring, if desired.Recipe categories: Desserts, Candy, American.
