  • graham cracker crumbs
  • sugar
  • cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
  • pkg - 3 oz
  • flour - 1 Tbsp
  • cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
  • lemon juice - 1/4 tsp
  • allspice - 1/4 tsp
  • egg yolk - 1 item
  • orange juice - 1/4 tsp
  • stick melted butter - 1/2 item
  • 1/8 c - 1 oz

How to make pumpkin cheese cake:

Crust:8 oz. graham cracker crumbs1 Tbsp. flour1/2 stick melted butter1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar Mix ingredients together to make crust for cake. Press into spring-form pan.

Mix 1 cup sugar, egg yolk, cinnamon and allspice, then set aside. Mix softened cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups sugar, cornstarch, whipping cream, lemon juice and orange juice together. Mix together with sugar and egg yolk mixture, then add 2 eggs and 2 egg yolks (slightly beaten). Pour into spring-form pan. Bake at 300° for 1 hour, then at 350° for 15 minutes. Center of cake will be slightly jiggly. Do not overcook. Take remaining whipping cream (whip it up with a little powdered sugar) and spread it over top of cooled cake.
