Ingredients/Components
- graham cracker crumbs
- sugar
- cinnamon - 1/4 tsp
- pkg - 3 oz
- flour - 1 Tbsp
- cornstarch - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1/4 tsp
- allspice - 1/4 tsp
- egg yolk - 1 item
- orange juice - 1/4 tsp
- stick melted butter - 1/2 item
- 1/8 c - 1 oz
How to make pumpkin cheese cake:
Crust:8 oz. graham cracker crumbs1 Tbsp. flour1/2 stick melted butter1 1/2 Tbsp. sugar Mix ingredients together to make crust for cake. Press into spring-form pan.Mix 1 cup sugar, egg yolk, cinnamon and allspice, then set aside. Mix softened cream cheese, 1 1/2 cups sugar, cornstarch, whipping cream, lemon juice and orange juice together. Mix together with sugar and egg yolk mixture, then add 2 eggs and 2 egg yolks (slightly beaten). Pour into spring-form pan. Bake at 300° for 1 hour, then at 350° for 15 minutes. Center of cake will be slightly jiggly. Do not overcook. Take remaining whipping cream (whip it up with a little powdered sugar) and spread it over top of cooled cake.
