Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1/3 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- beef broth - 1/2 c
- large Vidalia onions, sliced - 6 item
How to make vidalia onion casserole:
Saute onions in butter, add other ingredients. Cook until tender. Pour in casserole dish. Combine with 1/2 cup grated Swiss cheese, 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs mixed with 2 teaspoons butter. Sprinkle with paprika. Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Casseroles.
