Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- sour cream - 8 oz
- mushrooms, sliced - 1 item
- carrots, diced - 1 item
- green pepper, diced - 1 item
- shredded cheese - 1 item
- cans crescent rolls - 2 item
- broccoli, diced - 1 item
- cauliflower, diced - 1 item
How to make veggie pizza:
Open and spread crescent roll dough squares on cookie sheet. Pinch them together; bake for 10 minutes, or until brown. Cool. Mix the cream cheese and sour cream, then spread over the top of browned crescents. Sprinkle with shredded cheese, carrots, onions, green pepper, mushrooms, cauliflower and broccoli. Cut into squares and serve.May vary combinations of veggies to your own taste.
