Ingredients/Components
- Velveeta cheese - 1 item
- butter or oleo - 5 6
- Ritz crackers - 1 item
- bags veggies broccoli, cauliflower, carrots - 3 item
How to make veggie casserole:
Cook veggies as directed on packages. Drain and put in large bowl. Cut slices of Velveeta and cover top of veggies. Crumble Ritz crackers and spread over cheese. Place 5 or 6 tablespoons of butter on crackers. Put in 350° oven until cheese melts, about 5 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Vegetables, Casseroles.
