Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- chopped carrots - 3/4 c
- grated cheese - 3/4 c
- mayonnaise - 3/4 c
- crescent rolls - 2 pkg
- chopped green onions - 3/4 c
- chopped tomatoes - 3/4 c
- chopped cauliflower - 3/4 c
- chopped bell peppers - 3/4 c
- Ranch dressing mix dry - 1 pkg
- Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and dressing mix together
How to make veggie bars:
Place crescent rolls flat on cookie sheet and brown. Mix cream cheese, sour cream, mayonnaise and dressing mix together. Spread over cooled rolls.Topping:3/4 c. chopped broccoli3/4 c. chopped cauliflower3/4 c. chopped carrots3/4 c. chopped bell peppers3/4 c. chopped green onions3/4 c. chopped tomatoes3/4 c. grated cheese Mix all but the cheese and sprinkle over the cream cheese mixture. Spread cheese over this. Cover with cellophane and mash into the mixture of cream cheese. Refrigerate 3 to 4 hours. Cut into bars.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Pizza.
