Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 2 oz
- shredded carrots - 1 c
- chopped green pepper - 1 c
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1 c
- chopped green onions - 1 c
- chopped broccoli - 1 c
- Pillsbury crescent rolls - 2 pkg
- chopped cauliflower - 1 c
- original Hidden Valley Ranch mix - 1 pkg
How to make veggie bars:
For Crust: Pat crescent rolls into jelly roll pan. Bake at 350° for 8 minutes. Cool.Mix softened cream cheese, dressing mix and mayonnaise together. Spread over cooled crust.
In layers, spread vegetables over cream cheese mixture. Place shredded cheese on top. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours or overnight. Refrigerate leftovers.
