Ingredients/Components

  • pkg - 2 oz
  • shredded carrots - 1 c
  • chopped green pepper - 1 c
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • mayonnaise - 1 c
  • chopped green onions - 1 c
  • chopped broccoli - 1 c
  • Pillsbury crescent rolls - 2 pkg
  • chopped cauliflower - 1 c
  • original Hidden Valley Ranch mix - 1 pkg

How to make veggie bars:

For Crust: Pat crescent rolls into jelly roll pan. Bake at 350° for 8 minutes. Cool.

Mix softened cream cheese, dressing mix and mayonnaise together. Spread over cooled crust.

In layers, spread vegetables over cream cheese mixture. Place shredded cheese on top. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours or overnight. Refrigerate leftovers.
