Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- can tomato sauce - 1 oz
- clove garlic - 1 item
- chopped olives - 1/2 c
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- tomato sauce - 1 item
- small can tomato paste - 1 item
- sweet basil - 1/4 tsp
- or 2 large onions - 1 item
- cashew Jack cheese see following - 1/2 c
- can tofu or 1 lb - 1 oz
- chopped spinach or fresh-thawed if frozen; may use other green - 1 pkg
- Sauce:1 can whole tomatoes
How to make vegetarian lasagna:
Sauce:1 can whole tomatoes1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce1 small can tomato paste1 or 2 large onions1/2 c. chopped olives1 clove garlic1/2 tsp. oregano1/4 tsp. sweet basil Saute onions and garlic in water, few tablespoons, to soften onions.
