Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 box
- garlic salt - 2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 3/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- oregano - 1/2 tsp
- olive oil - 3 Tbsp
- tomato sauce - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 3 4
- minced garlic - 1 Tbsp
- small can tomato paste - 1 item
- ground chuck - 1 to
- large carton cottage cheese - 1 item
- large can Ragu sauce - 1 item
How to make lasagna:
Brown ground chuck; add garlic salt. Drain. Cook lasagna noodles or large egg noodles. Add tomato sauce to meat.In a 13 x 9 1/2 x 2-inch pan, start with noodles, then layer cottage cheese mixture, meat and Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers, ending with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes.
