Ingredients/Components
- beef stew meat, cut in bite size pieces - 1 lb
- pork, cut in bite size pieces - 1 lb
- medium potatoes, cut in bite size pieces - 3 item
- carrots, cut up - 4 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- cup fresh or frozen corn - 1 item
- cup fresh or frozen butterbeans - 1 item
- large can stewed tomatoes, cut up - 1 item
- small can tomato sauce - 1 item
- Any other fresh or frozen vegetables of your choice - 1 item
How to make vegetable soup:
Mix all ingredients in a large crock pot. This makes a big pan. Add enough water to cover soup. Cook all day in crock pot. Serve with cornbread for supper!Recipe categories: < 4 hours, Weeknight, Soups & stews.
