Crawfish fettuccine
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1/4 c
- sticks butter - 3 item
- chopped onions - 3 item
- parsley - 1 tsp
- chopped parsley - 4 Tbsp
- cloves garlic, chopped - 2 item
- red pepper - 1/4 tsp
- half and half cream - 1 pt
- Velveeta cheese, grated - 1 lb
- chopped green bell peppers - 3 item
- celery ribs, cut fine - 3 item
- hot relish - 2 Tbsp
- crawfish, cleaned and boiled - 3 lb
How to make crawfish fettuccine:
Cook 15 minutes; add 1 package fettuccine pasta (cook accordingly).Mix all ingredients and pour in greased casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
