Ingredients/Components

  • salt - 1/4 tsp
  • flour - 1/4 c
  • sticks butter - 3 item
  • chopped onions - 3 item
  • parsley - 1 tsp
  • chopped parsley - 4 Tbsp
  • cloves garlic, chopped - 2 item
  • red pepper - 1/4 tsp
  • half and half cream - 1 pt
  • Velveeta cheese, grated - 1 lb
  • chopped green bell peppers - 3 item
  • celery ribs, cut fine - 3 item
  • hot relish - 2 Tbsp
  • crawfish, cleaned and boiled - 3 lb

How to make crawfish fettuccine:

Cook 15 minutes; add 1 package fettuccine pasta (cook accordingly).

Mix all ingredients and pour in greased casserole. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
