Macaroni salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- flour - 1/8 c
- water - 3/4 c
- vinegar - 1/4 c
- mustard - 1 tsp
- hard-boiled eggs, chopped - 3 item
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- parsley
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- dill - 1/4 1/2
- carrot, grated - 1 item
- stalk celery, finely chopped - 1 item
- cooked macaroni or other pasta - 1/2 lb
How to make macaroni salad:
Dressing:3/4 c. sugar3/4 c. water1/8 c. flour1/4 c. vinegar1/4 tsp. salt Boil dressing ingredients until clear. Add mayonnaise and mustard to well stirred dressing. Blend well. Allow this mixture to cool. Add all other ingredients, except pasta. Stir well. Pour over pasta.
