Vegetable lasagna
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- dried oregano, crushed - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- dried basil, crushed - 1/2 tsp
- Parmesan cheese - 2 Tbsp
- spaghetti sauce
- lasagna noodles - 6 item
- fresh mushrooms, sliced - 2 c
- part skim Ricotta cheese
- Mozzarella cheese, shredded may use Cheddar or Jack - 1 c
How to make vegetable lasagna:
Cook lasagna noodles as directed. Cook and drain spinach. Combine Ricotta, basil and oregano. Cook mushrooms and onion in microwave in 1/4 cup water, then drain. Add the spaghetti sauce to mushrooms and heat. To assemble: In a 10 x 6 x 2-inchRecipe categories: Pasta, Main dish, Lasagna.
