Spinach-artichoke dip
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- butter or margarine - 3 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- whipping cream - 1/2 c
- garlic powder - 1/2 Tbsp
- pepper - 1 tsp
- chopped onion - 1 c
- Parmesan cheese
- each pkg - 2 oz
- jar marinated artichoke, drained and chopped - 1 oz
How to make spinach-artichoke dip:
Cook and drain spinach; set aside. Saute butter and onion in large saucepan until golden brown. Turn heat to medium setting. Add cream cheese in small bits, stirring slowly. Once cream cheese melts, add spinach, artichokes, whipping cream, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Heat thoroughly.
