- small jar Roka Blue cheese - 1 item
- Bovril beef extract - 2 oz
- mayonnaise - 1 pt
- minced onion - 1 Tbsp
- cream cheese - 8 oz
- lemon juice - 1 Tbsp
How to make vegetable dip:
Beat cheeses with mixer. Add lemon juice and beat until smooth. Add beef extract and onion; mix well. Blend in mayonnaise. Refrigerate before serving.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Appetizers, Dips.
