Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- melted margarine - 1/4 c
- chopped celery - 1/2 c
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- Ritz crackers - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
How to make vegetable casserole:
Cook vegetables, celery and onions until partially tender, about 8 to 10 minutes in salt water. Drain. Combine cooked vegetables, mayonnaise and cheese. Pour in a casserole dish. Combine crumbs with melted margarine. Sprinkle over top of casserole. Bake at 350° for 20 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
