Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 1/2 c
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- Ritz crackers, crushed - 2 c
- grated cheese - 2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- cans Veg-All, drained - 2 item
How to make vegetable casserole:
Saute onions in butter. Mix all ingredients together (save 1 cup cheese and 1 cup crackers for topping). Pour into a casserole dish; top with remaining cheese and crackers. Dot with butter. Bake at 350° for 30 to 40 minutes.Recipe categories: Side dish, Main dish, Casseroles.
