How to make vegetable beef soup:
Cook roast in crock-pot on high 4 to 5 hours. Shred meat into bite-size pieces.Mix rest of ingredients with meat and broth in large soup pot. Add enough water to fill pot. Boil for 1 hour until vegetables are tender.
