- water - 1 Tbsp
- egg - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- Italian seasoned bread crumbs - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 2 pkg
- jar spaghetti sauce - 1 item
- veal for stew, trimmed - 2 lb
How to make veal casserole:
Season veal with salt and pepper. Dip veal in egg-water mixture, then Italian seasoned bread crumbs. Brown in oil and drain on paper towel. Place in casserole. Cover with tomato sauce and bake, covered with foil. Bake at 350° for 1 hour. Turn ovRecipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Stew.
