Turkey dressing
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- eggs, beaten - 1 doz
- raisins - 1 c
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- celery, chopped
- cooked turkey - 3 c
- bread, broken - 1 gal
- turkey broth, boiling hot
How to make turkey dressing:
Put all ingredients, except broth, in a large bowl. Add boiling hot broth and stir until mixture is well blended. You may need more broth. Add a little at a time.Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes. Stir dressing and bake 30 minutes more.
