Ingredients/Components

  • cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
  • water - 1 bouillon
  • Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • diced onion - 1/2 c
  • soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
  • cooked turkey - 2 c
  • can chop suey mixed vegetables - 1 oz

How to make turkey chop suey:

Drain vegetables, reserving liquid. In large saucepan, saute onion in a tablespoon of butter until translucent. Add bouillon, water, soy and Worcestershire sauces and turkey. Combine cornstarch with 1/4 cup water until mixed well. Add to turkey mixture. Stir until thickened. Add vegetables. Heat until warmed through. Serve over cooked rice.
