Turkey chop suey
Ingredients/Components
- cornstarch - 2 Tbsp
- water - 1 bouillon
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- diced onion - 1/2 c
- soy sauce - 1 Tbsp
- cooked turkey - 2 c
- can chop suey mixed vegetables - 1 oz
How to make turkey chop suey:
Drain vegetables, reserving liquid. In large saucepan, saute onion in a tablespoon of butter until translucent. Add bouillon, water, soy and Worcestershire sauces and turkey. Combine cornstarch with 1/4 cup water until mixed well. Add to turkey mixture. Stir until thickened. Add vegetables. Heat until warmed through.
