Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/4 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- cornstarch
- water - 1/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- garlic powder - 1/2 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/2 tsp
- soy sauce - 2 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- small onion, chopped - 1 item
- can condensed beef broth - 1 1/2
- red Burgundy - 1/2 c
How to make burgundy meatballs:
Burgundy Sauce:3 Tbsp. cornstarch1/4 c. water1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed beef broth1/2 c. red Burgundy2 Tbsp. soy sauce1/2 tsp. garlic powder Meatballs: Heat oven to 400°. Mix all ingredients. Shape into balls. Bake on ungreased cookieRecipe categories: Main dish, Ground beef, Beef.
