Ingredients/Components
- ground turkey - 8 oz
- plus 1 tsp - 1 Tbsp
- water
- thinly sliced onions
- hamburger rolls, toasted - 2 item
- packet instant chicken broth and seasoning mix - 1 item
How to make turkey burgers:
In bowl, combine turkey, margarine, water and broth mix. Form into 2 patties. Spray skillet with Pam and heat over medium-high heat. Add patties and brown on both sides. Reduce heat to low and add onions. Cover pan and cook until patties are no longer pink inside, 5 to 8 minutes. Serve each burger topped with 2 teaspoons ketchup and half the cooked onion slices on toasted rolls.Contains 3 protein, 2 fat, 2 bread, 1/2 vegetable and 15 optional calories.
