Tuna tetrazzini
Ingredients/Components
- butter or margarine - 1 Tbsp
- water - 1/2 c
- diced pimento - 2 Tbsp
- chopped onion - 2 Tbsp
- shredded sharp Cheddar cheese - 1/2 c
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- can tuna, drained and flaked - 1 oz
- cooked spaghetti - 2 c
- can condensed cream of mushroom soup - 1 3/4
How to make tuna tetrazzini:
In saucepan, cook onion in butter until tender. Blend in soup, water and cheese. Cook over low heat until cheese melts; stir occasionally. Add tuna, pimento, parsley and spaghetti. Heat; stir occasionally. Makes about 3 1/2 cups.Recipe categories: Main dish, Tuna, One Dish meal.
