Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/4 c
- water - 1 c
- lemon juice - 2 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- hot cooked rice - 1 item
- cherry tomatoes - 12 item
- mushroom caps - 12 item
- bottle soy sauce - 1 oz
- beef, cut into 1 1/2-inch cubes
- large onion, cut into quarters - 1 item
- large bell pepper, cut into quarters - 1 item
How to make beef kabobs:
Build and light charcoal fire. On 4 long skewers, alternate meat, tomatoes, meat, onion, meat, pepper, meat and mushrooms. Grill over fire until meat is cooked to taste. Serve on a bed of fluffy rice, along with green salad and garlic bread.Recipe categories: Main dish, Meat, Beef.
