Tropical fruit cake

Ingredients/Components

• sugar - 3/4 c
• eggs - 3 item
• vanilla - 1 tsp
• salt - 1/2 tsp
• flour - 3/4 c
• baking powder - 1/2 tsp
• jar maraschino cherries - 1 oz
• whole dates - 1 lb
• shelled whole Brazil nuts - 1 lb

How to make tropical fruit cake:

Mix all ingredients together and put in a greased and floured 10-inch tube pan. Bake at 325° for 50 to 60 minutes. Let cool and remove from pan.
