Tortilla roll-ups
Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- Cheddar cheese, shredded - 1/2 c
- cream cheese, softened - 8 oz
- flour tortillas - 1 pkg
- black olives, chopped - 2 Tbsp
- green onions, chopped fine - 5 item
- jalapenos, chopped - 3 item
- your favorite salsa - 1 item
How to make tortilla roll-ups:
In a food processor, chop green onions, jalapenos, black olives and Cheddar cheese. Mix in cream cheese and sour cream. Spread mixture thinly and evenly over flour tortilla. Roll tortilla up. Wrap Tortilla Roll-Ups in damp paper towel and refrigerate until chilled.When ready to serve, slice rolls into 1-inch size and serve with your favorite salsa.
